A Mini Break to Brighton

Fresh from our mini break to Brighton, I wanted to compile a few of our favourite spots we visited during our stay. For our first time in the East Sussex seaside resort, we didn’t have any firm plans in place. It was the perfect escape, which came at exactly the right time for both of us. Whether you’ve been before or are planning your first visit, I hope this gives you an idea of what you can do for a short break away to Brighton.

Budleigh Salterton is located on the Jurassic Coast in east Devon and happens to be the cutest weekend getaway. During a brief visit last weekend, I became all inspired to start sharing some of my favourite beach breaks with you on the blog.

The first of a few in this new series of posts, I hope you feel all inspired to make some summer plans in darling Devon…

Exploring Pompeii and Climbing Vesuvius

A couple of days before our trip to Sorrento came to an end, we spent potentially the hottest day of the holiday in Pompeii. It was one of my favourite parts of history taught at school so I couldn’t wait to visit such a historic city!

Exploring Amalfi

As I looked back through my diary from my trip to Italy, I felt inspired to type up today’s Amalfi post in ‘diary’ format (expect lots of photos)…
