With the recent burst of sunshine to hit the UK, I’m keen to add some Spring style into my wardrobe. Goodbye heavy coats, layers upon layers and winter warmers. Hello pastel hues, cute cardi’s and short sleeves. With this in mind, I have compiled my favourite under £40 dresses for Spring, on a budget of course.
Spring is coming…
I’ve been collecting books for as long as I can remember. Even if I don’t pick them up for months, years, I know they’ll have a purpose one day. I’m guilty of choosing to scroll through Instagram over a relaxing read in bed which is why coffee table books have become a new favourite. As we’ve just moved into our new home, we’ve added a couple of new books to our collection and it’s inspired me to share our current favourites – particularly for those like me who need to scroll less…
I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what to share on the blog. With a few foodie posts written, I thought it was about time I mentioned a few of my current favourite fashion pieces, especially as I’ve been quite ‘spendy’ lately. My most worn pieces have mostly involved wearing three items from Georgina Bywater Jewellery – not surprising to many of you who follow me on Instagram. Take a look for yourself at how beautiful the pieces are – and it’s a local Cotswold business too!
It’s not every day that Ladbrokes invite you and several other bloggers along to Ladies Day at the Cheltenham Festival, and I was particularly excited as it was on my home turf!
It’s not often I revolve my entire outfit around a pair of shoes, but these leopard print boots are something special.
Fashion Week descended onto the Mall at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol this week for another season of high street style.
As soon as any hint of sunshine comes out, my mood instantly brightens – and the same can be said about spring/summer fashion.
Swapping the thick knits for lighter layers as we crossover to slightly better weather (it’s still England after all), there’s one event that gets me excited for the coming months…
Today I’m throwing it back to an outfit I wore just before Christmas for a girls night out. It was all going on over the festive period so it completely slipped my mind to write up the posts to go along with the photographs that were taken. Not wanting to discard them into the ‘unused’ folder, I thought you might find some style inspo with this outfit choice.
I’ve teamed up with Voucher Codes Pro to create a post on my favourite winter essentials, taking you from day to night with some affordable key pieces for your wardrobe.
When it comes to seasons, I’m quite fickle. I love summer time for the sunshine, warm breezes, light evenings, road trips to the beach with friends, alfresco dining…the list could go on! However, come October and I’m ready for the cosy nights in, Halloween, berry hues, layers, seasonal hot drinks etc – Autumn, I’m ready for you!
